Access your selected reward in 3 simple steps:

  • Sign up for Encore Reward Program.
  • Select and claim the offer at Encore Marketplace.
  • Head to EncoreXPlus.tlcrewards.com to activate your Reward Code and fill out the application form.
How old do I have to be to qualify for a reward?

You must be 18 years or older to participate in this promotion.

How do I activate my free trial?

Please note that your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

What is the last day to redeem my reward with Xpotential+?

The reward needs to be redeemed by 11:59PM ET on September 15, 2027.

I am having trouble redeeming my rewards, what should I do?

If you are having trouble with your Reward Code, please email us Encore@tlcrewards.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I never received my Reward Code.

Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes. If you checked and it is still not there, please contact our customer service team at Encore@tlcrewards.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?

You can cancel any time following the cancellation instructions.
